What I'm looking for

I seek a remote or global-role leading UA/performance marketing for mobile games, focused on data-driven ROAS/LTV optimization, team leadership, and scalable portfolio management.

I am a User Acquisition Manager with 4+ years scaling paid acquisition for mobile games, managing $2M+ per month across 100+ titles. I own AppsFlyer end-to-end (event taxonomy, SDK QA, SKAN), build cohort LTV and payback models, and drive ROAS optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, AppLovin, Unity and Mintegral.

I have built and led UA teams of eight with full P&L accountability, designed portfolio tiering and SOPs to scale operations, and consistently apply creative testing, funnel analysis, and geo-specific bidding to maximize long-term LTV.
