I’m a Digital Growth & MarTech specialist with 7+ years in fintech and e-commerce, focused on scaling multi-channel digital acquisition. I take full ownership of growth planning and execution to improve full-funnel performance across web and app.
In my current role as a Digital Marketing Manager, I lead performance acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, and affiliate channels. I optimize campaign structure, bidding, creatives, and audience strategy while translating business targets into channel strategy and monthly budget allocation.
I build the measurement backbone—designed cross-channel tracking with GA4 + AppsFlyer/Adjust to unify web–app–paid signals and enable accurate attribution. I also drive lifecycle journeys using CDP/CRM, including segmentation, event design, and automated retention and cross-sell cohorts using CAC, CVR, and LTV signals.
My work has delivered results: I achieved 100% of new user acquisition target in 2023 and helped Cake surpass 4 million customers. I’ve also been recognized with “Most Effective Channel 2024” for the Vay Nhanh product and “Most business impact 2025” for acquisition performance on Loans.
