I’m a Customer Support Representative with experience handling inbound customer calls, resolving account-related issues, and providing professional support in fast-paced environments. I focus on clear communication, accurate documentation, and fast troubleshooting to keep customers moving forward.

In my current role (Direct Express Support), I assist customers with card issues, PIN support, account verification, and general troubleshooting. I maintain professionalism while supporting frustrated or high-volume callers, and I follow compliance and verification procedures.

I’m skilled in handling calls and managing support workflows using systems such as Avaya, Siebel, and internal support tools. I document customer interactions accurately, ensuring support procedures are consistently followed from start to resolution.

I bring bilingual strength in English and French, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. I’m also a fast learner who stays comfortable using support systems and adapting quickly to new technologies.
