I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can own requirements end to end, collaborate across Dev/QA/business, and drive measurable process and product improvements with clear documentation, Agile delivery, and strong UAT execution.

I’m a Business Analyst focused on bridging business goals and technical execution. I lead requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment for cross-functional product initiatives, then translate insights into BRD, SRS, FSD, user stories, process flows, and API specifications.

I manage the product backlog end to end—feature prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery coordination across Dev, QA, and business teams. I also run AS-IS / TO-BE analysis to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

In my most impactful work, I successfully led and released 3 key product functions valued at ~700M VND, ensuring on-time delivery and tight business alignment. I coordinate end-to-end execution to keep UAT validation smooth and stakeholders fully informed throughout implementation.

Alongside product analysis, I bring ERP and operations experience from accounting domains, including spearheading a digital transition from paper-based payment workflows to an internal system. I’ve proposed ERP automation (e.g., integrating bank statements and building file upload features), led UAT and training, and helped reduce manual workload by 80%, while maintaining strong financial reporting and compliance.
