I’m an IT Business Analyst with almost 4 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions across HRM, Education, and On-demand service domains. I owned requirement analysis across full SDLC—building SRS/FRS, defining business rules for approval flows, access control, data visibility, and validating system behavior through UAT before release.
