I've delivered and launched eight internal business applications at DEEP C Management Company, driving adoption across departments. I also led two company-wide digital transformation initiatives with external vendors: a digital signature and document management solution, and an invoice automation solution.
As a Business Analyst, I manage the full requirements lifecycle, translate business needs into functional specifications, evaluate solution options, and coordinate functional testing and UAT. I create user manuals and train, coach, and guide end users to support smooth operations.
Earlier, I developed financial models, investment analyses, market research, and feasibility studies as a Business Development Officer at DEEP C. At FPT Software and HTC Holdings, I supported insurance claims and debt collection applications through requirements analysis, process flows, wireframes, implementation planning, and user training.
