My career began as a working student at McDonald's, where I honed my customer service skills and learned the importance of teamwork and efficiency. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including IT Helpdesk Support and Technical Support Representative, where I developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

In my most recent position as a Content Moderator at Concentrix, I was responsible for managing user-generated content on a major social media platform. This role required me to apply my communication skills effectively while ensuring compliance with safety principles and quality standards.
