What I'm looking for
I’m an operations professional focused on workflow optimization, administrative coordination, and documentation systems that keep work moving reliably—especially across remote teams. I learn quickly, tighten processes fast, and maintain high-quality execution in fast-paced environments.
In my current Operations & Growth Coordinator role, I coordinate major marketing campaigns end-to-end, manage email campaigns and subscriber workflows in MailerLite, and support book launch operations through BookFunnel and internal tracking systems. I also track operational data and payment records, and I create process guides and Loom walkthroughs to improve task clarity and cross-team coordination.
Previously, as a Relationship Officer in a compliance-heavy banking environment, I processed high volumes of transactions and checks while meeting audit standards. I managed customer requests through Oracle CRM within internal SLA timelines and supported fraud-prevention and data accuracy through careful verification and card issuance coordination.
Earlier, as a Freelance Operations & Lead Gen Specialist, I built and maintained lead databases for EMEA medical equipment distributors using Apollo and Hunter, supported remote administrative projects (coordination, notes, forms, document organization), and maintained responsive delivery against client timelines.
