What I'm looking for

I am seeking HR or client-facing roles where I can apply my HR training, bilingual communication, and customer service experience to improve processes and stakeholder satisfaction.

I am a human resources professional with a strong foundation in communication, research, and customer-facing roles. I hold a Master's in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Women and Gender Studies and Journalism and Mass Communication.

I bring hands-on experience in HR internships, customer service, quality control, data entry, and sales distribution, with a record of onboarding merchants and ensuring service quality. I am proactive in problem identification and solution implementation.

My strengths include bilingual communication (English and French), monitoring and evaluation, proposal drafting, event coverage, and press work. I am comfortable working under pressure and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

I am a fast learner and team player with leadership capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to accurate, action-oriented delivery of results.
