I’m looking for a people-first HR leadership role where I can run end-to-end HR operations, drive talent acquisition and performance cycles, and lead employee engagement with strong operational ownership—ideally with room to grow strategically through MBA-level impact.

I’m an HR leader with 12+ years of progressive experience, primarily at Indus Towers Limited. As Circle Admin Head (Apr 2022–Present), I managed end-to-end HR operations during the Circle HR Head vacancy—covering talent acquisition, performance cycles, compliance, L&D, and employee relations for a 1,200+ workforce.

I’m hands-on across employee engagement and operational excellence, leading Gallup Survey administration, appraisals, succession planning, and L&D delivery. I also handle payroll and attendance, reward & recognition (I-Appreciate), and statutory compliance for the UP East circle—while overseeing facility & admin management across multi-location office infrastructure (21,935 sq. ft.) and 65 vehicles across vendors.

What motivates me is execution that earns trust. I’ve been recognized 5x with the CCEO Silver Card for exceptional delivery across HR, admin, and SCM, including zero-escalation Circle Admin management and large-scale internal events. Earlier, I led recruitment and employee lifecycle work as Senior Executive – Human Resources and managed vendor onboarding, PO workflows, and compliance in Supply Chain—currently pursuing an MBA (HR) to strengthen my strategic HR capability.
