What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute across talent acquisition, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance systems, and process improvement while partnering with leadership on organizational priorities.

I've supported HR and operations at Allen Career Institute since 2019, managing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding and offer rollouts to transfers, leave management, and exit interviews.

I design Google Form-based KPI tracking systems and SOPs that enable structured performance assessments. I also prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, including the Vice President, to support organizational priorities and decision-making.

Earlier at Multimetals Ltd, I built talent pipelines through job portals, conducted telephonic interviews, and improved attendance accuracy and compliance through HRMS. I lead 10+ Academic Mentors and coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, and trainings.
