What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in banking, operations, business analytics, or data analytics where I can apply my process, reporting, compliance, and customer support experience while continuing my MBA in Business Analytics.

At Infosys BPM, I manage end-to-end back-office banking operations, transaction processing, document verification, and payment service requests while meeting banking policies and SLAs.

I use Salesforce, Aladdin CRM, Temenos T24, PSW, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel to maintain data quality, prepare operational reports, and support accurate processes. My work also includes resolving customer queries across calls, emails, and chat.

I was recognized with the KUDOS Award at Infosys BPM for process knowledge, quality performance, and contributions to process improvement initiatives.

Alongside my banking operations experience, I am pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics and building on prior client follow-up, lead generation, and relationship support experience at Oodles Technologies.
