I'm seeking a remote role in operations, project coordination, customer success (non-sales), or operations analysis where I can support efficient processes, reporting, compliance, and customer service.

At ICICI Bank, I manage 100+ customer interactions daily while supporting account servicing, KYC verification, documentation, and compliance.

I prepare MIS reports and maintain operational data in MS Excel, coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues on time, and work across Finacle, iServe, iCRM, SAAS, and FCRM systems.
