I’m an AWS Cloud Operations Engineer with 9+ years of experience across Cloud Operations, Production Support, Infrastructure Management, Incident Resolution, SQL Administration, and Customer Support in Retail, Telecom, and GIS domains. I manage business-critical AWS environments, troubleshoot complex incidents, and keep operations aligned to SLA requirements while supporting global customers.

In my recent role, I administered EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager, and led root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. I also automated deployment and migration activities through Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, supported releases with environment validation, and performed SQL-based data corrections and integrity checks for GIS data platforms.

Previously, I delivered Level-3 Production Support for Target Corporation POS applications, diagnosing application, server, and database issues with logs and SQL analysis while managing incident escalations and change/release support. I’ve been recognized with a Hi-Flyer Award at Movate and received client appreciation from Target Corporation leadership, and I’m open to UK shift and international remote opportunities.
