At Tavant Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., I support Santander Consumer USA’s enterprise data platform, handling production issues and monitoring Control-M batch operations. I also support AWS services and use Datadog and OpenTelemetry for monitoring and root-cause analysis.
I built a custom Copilot Agent to analyze and summarize six months of ServiceNow data, and an Operations Intelligence Agent for daily incident and batch summaries. I lead task allocation and shift coordination for an 8-member support team, and previously provided L2 application and SDLC support for Deutsche Bank applications at Tata Consultancy Services.
