I keep enterprise data pipelines running at 99.99% uptime, and I automate the routine checks that would otherwise eat up an on-call engineer's day.

I'm a cloud operations engineer with 4+ years on production systems at Accenture and Gap Inc., and I'm now looking for SRE and DevOps roles.

What I've done:
• Kept B2B and EDI pipelines at 99.99% uptime for 50+ enterprise clients and partners at Accenture
• Supported the Azure VMs and storage behind a batch system that moves up to 500 inbound and outbound files per batch
• Automated health checks and incident reporting, which cut manual ops work by 30%
• Helped automate retries for SFTP transfers that failed on connectivity issues, saving 4–5 hours of manual reruns a week
• Tested applications and handled post-migration support for the move from Solaris to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Handled 40–60 production incidents a month at Gap Inc., on EDI pipelines moving 100K+ XML/JSON files a day
• Wrote incident playbooks that cut resolution time on repeat issues by at least an hour

When something breaks, I'd rather find the cause than restart the service and move on. That's why most of my incident work ends with an RCA, and a script if the fix can be automated.

Day to day I work with Azure, OCI, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), Python, Bash, SQL, Git, CAWA, Grafana, REST APIs, ServiceNow and JIRA, plus incident management and root cause analysis. On my own time I've been learning AWS.
