I’m looking for a SaaS-focused role where I can own client onboarding and support end-to-end, troubleshoot with clear documentation, and collaborate remotely across time zones—bridging customers and technical teams to drive satisfaction.

I’m a Customer Support professional with 5+ years supporting remote, cross-time-zone clients, backed by a Software Engineering background. I own requests end-to-end—onboarding clients, setting up tools and platforms to match their workflows, and resolving issues while keeping communication clear.

In my current role as Founder & Client Support at NMD Technologies, I act as the main point of contact for clients by researching needs, configuring accounts and systems, and troubleshooting setup and tool issues. I prioritize practical solutions, maintain accurate project documentation, and quickly adopt new tools and workflows to improve service and efficiency.

Earlier, at AfricAssist, I supported clients day-to-day across multiple time zones and maintained structured reporting and communication. Before that, at AgriMaize, I strengthened my operations mindset through procurement, document control, and inventory/asset tracking—building clean, audit-ready record-keeping that carries into how I support customers today.
