In my role as a Social Media & Sales Support Assistant for a family business, I managed customer communication through Facebook and online messaging platforms. I handled inquiries, order follow-ups, basic issue resolution, and helped run Facebook advertisements, while creating graphic design materials for promotions.

To strengthen my technical foundation, I built a bus booking application as my final year project to improve accessibility, booking convenience, and reduce manual ticketing processes. I also worked on system planning and user interface design, and I’ve supported users by providing step-by-step guidance for digital processes.

I’m looking for an entry-level remote customer support, chat support, or technical support position where I can contribute adaptability, patience, and solid technical knowledge. I bring a customer-focused mindset, live chat/email support readiness, and the ability to collaborate remotely.
