What I'm looking for
I am a Library and Information Science graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, data management, and technical documentation. I combine strong analytical skills with practical troubleshooting experience gained in academic and consulting environments.
During my NYSC placement and internships, I provided front-line technical and administrative support, assisted users with hardware and software issues, and managed sensitive academic and project data using spreadsheets and databases.
I have supported SAP users, coordinated IT resources for community projects, and contributed to process improvements through reporting and collaboration with technical teams. I am actively pursuing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and the TCM Security Help Desk Course to strengthen my practical IT and cybersecurity skills.
