What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role where I can troubleshoot issues, support users, maintain systems, and continue learning.

I'm building my IT support career through hands-on troubleshooting, user assistance, and system maintenance.

At Apurai NGO, I diagnosed hardware and software issues, helped users set up and configure systems, installed software, and documented step-by-step technical solutions. I also supported updates, data backups, and basic security procedures to keep daily IT operations reliable.

I'm currently studying Computer Science at Baze University and hold the Google IT Support Professional Certificate. I bring foundational knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and Python programming.
