What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead revenue-focused sales teams where I can drive pipeline performance with KPI monitoring, build high-converting sales funnels, and mentor representatives through consultative selling and strategic negotiations.

I am an accomplished Head of Sales with 5+ years of experience leading revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams. Shortly after joining, I was promoted to Head of Sales, becoming the company’s top seller in 2024 and the first half of 2025, while leading a team of four sales representatives to improve conversion rates through targeted monthly goals and KPI monitoring.

I build effective sales funnels, track KPIs, and negotiate complex deals using consultative selling and strong objection handling. Previously, as a Sales Team Lead, I generated approximately 12 million in sales, engaged with over 10,000 customers, delivered webinars to attract clients, and finished as the top seller in most months; I also bring customer-focused experience from Turkish Airlines, where I resolved complaints in English and Turkish.
