What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success role where I can improve onboarding, product adoption, retention, and support operations while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales. I'm open to relocation.

At Allsorter, I own the post-sales lifecycle for 120+ enterprise and mid-market recruitment SaaS accounts across APAC, including Randstad, Adecco, and Manpower. I reduced time-to-first-value from seven days to three and improved client activation by 57% through structured onboarding and integrations.

I’ve led AI feature rollouts and a zero-downtime migration of 140 customer templates, using webinars, Loom walkthroughs, and customer communications to increase feature adoption by 35%. I use account health reviews, QBRs, usage trends, MAU, MRR, and feedback to recover at-risk renewals and turn customer needs into product improvements.

Previously, I built support and success operations at Usermaven and supported high-volume fintech customers at SadaPay.
