At NOWPDP, I converted an idle production floor into a wheelchair manufacturing unit producing 26 units per day and designed its supply chain from procurement through delivery. I also grew textile-unit monthly order value from PKR 15,000 to PKR 2 million by developing products from landfill and textile waste and securing CMT partnerships.

I've led facility operations, manufacturing-site improvement, capacity planning, budgeting, KPI reporting, and cross-functional execution across wheelchair, textile, vocational training, and rehabilitation operations. I work directly with leadership to turn operational data into practical decisions on expansion, resources, performance targets, and process discipline.

At The Citizens Foundation, I built master data infrastructure and a real-time scholarship dashboard that reduced processing time from several weeks to 2–3 days. I re-engineered development processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, Lists, Forms, Planner, DonorPerfect, SQL-based reporting, and Salesforce-transition support.

My background spans quality systems, warehouse optimization, product development, apparel supply chains, and industrial manufacturing at Dimensions Office, Kevlaar, EBM, Landi Renzo, and Thal Engineering. I bring industrial engineering, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, SAP, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and Kaizen into improvements that make operations more reliable and efficient.
