With coworkers in China and Indonesia, the production department's staff and organizational structure have existed since the factory's inception. hired and trained a competent workforce to manage all production-related sub-sectors. Pushed many cost-optimization initiatives using lean manufacturing techniques, and increased factory productivity by making the most use of available tools and resources.
