At Fast Cables Limited I developed and implemented a comprehensive quality management system for a new assembly plant, led quality and production teams, achieved a 15% reduction in production downtime and reduced defect rates by 10% through root cause analysis and corrective actions. In my current role at Ideolux I coordinate lighting project sales, prepare techno-commercial analyses, manage OEM communications, and handle purchase orders, invoices and shipment logistics.

I work with tools such as DIALux Evo, AutoCAD, MATLAB, BlueBeam, Opus, Zoho CRM and Oracle ERP, and hold a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and certifications in Digital Manufacturing and Operations Management.
