What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve manufacturing performance through process optimization, production planning, Lean tools, data-driven tracking, quality collaboration, and robust operational documentation.

I've improved manufacturing throughput by 15% at Sanpak Engineering Industry through data-driven floor-layout redesign, while reducing lead times by identifying and resolving critical bottlenecks with Lean tools.

I build the operating discipline behind reliable production: method and time studies, cycle-time and manpower planning, PQCT and work instructions, process-control documentation, audit preparation, and automated Excel trackers for real-time performance and quality monitoring. I also partner with Quality teams on non-conformities and CAPA, and lead 5S, productivity, and health-and-safety initiatives.
