I'm working at Pakistan Machine Tool Factory Ltd, supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, operation, and CNC machine commissioning. I assisted with installation, alignment, leveling, and mechanical and electrical setup to support smooth machine operation.
Through internships at Eastern Garments, Aircraft Manufacturing Factory PAC Kamra, and Patex Boards, I've conducted time studies, evaluated production efficiency, learned CNC maintenance and safety protocols, and applied 5S principles to reduce waste.
For my final-year project at Eastern Garments, I designed a QR code-based real-time monitoring system for garment stitching machines, enabling faster fault reporting and technician response to reduce downtime.
