What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my customer service skills while fostering a positive environment for growth and learning.

I am a dedicated customer service representative currently working at Teleperformance Kenya, where I handle inquiries regarding hotel bookings and ensure guest satisfaction. My experience in this role has honed my communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients, addressing their specific needs effectively.

Prior to my current position, I worked as a kindergarten teacher at Oaknest Christian School, where I facilitated swimming and singing lessons while promoting effective communication among children. My background in childcare has equipped me with the skills to engage and educate young minds, ensuring their well-being and development.

In addition to my professional experience, I am pursuing a German certificate at AG German Institute, which reflects my commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
