I’m a results-driven Sales, Customer Service & Marketing Representative currently working as a Marketing Representative in Doha, Qatar. I focus on promoting company services, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

In my current role, I develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, handle client inquiries professionally, and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. I’m committed to staying proactive and target-oriented to improve customer retention and overall business success.

Previously, at HBK Mall in Peshawar (Aug 2024 – Present listed with sales & customer service), I achieved and exceeded sales targets through strong customer engagement. I managed customer relationships, resolved complaints efficiently, promoted products to increase revenue, and collaborated with the team to strengthen sales strategies.

Before that, at Molako in Peshawar (Aug 2023 – Aug 2024), I handled customer inquiries, prepared monthly sales reports, and coordinated product deliveries to ensure smooth operations. I also maintained knowledge of company policies and procedures while delivering a consistent customer experience.
