What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business analysis for software initiatives where I can translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, improve delivery processes, collaborate across product and engineering teams, and use Agile and AI tools to accelerate outcomes.

I've led requirements and delivery documentation for Elyria Software projects serving clients across the US, Europe, and India, including a behavioral health practice management platform for scheduling, clinical billing, and clinic administration.

I turn business needs into BRDs, SRSs, SOWs, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that development and QA teams can execute with confidence. I also manage change requests, traceability, milestones, and Agile ceremonies across the SDLC.

Across Elyria Software, i-next Web Technologies, and Amar InfoTech, I've been the bridge between clients and cross-functional delivery teams. My work spans stakeholder management, CRM-driven client relationships, market analysis, backlog management, UAT and QA coordination, and process optimization.

I'm comfortable using Jira, Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Confluence, Visio, Balsamiq, and AI productivity tools to make analysis and documentation faster and clearer.
