I’m an energetic, detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, requirements gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder management. I’m at my best when I translate client needs into clear documentation, aligned workflows, and solutions delivered through Agile and Waterfall.

In my current role, I engage with clients to gather requirements through meetings and con-calls, then turn those needs into actionable insights. I create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation in JIRA and Confluence, model current and future processes with flowcharts and workflow diagrams, and lead UAT with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

I also manage project risk registers and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and minimize disruptions, while analyzing employee feedback and engagement/performance indicators to support change management initiatives. Across ERP, e-commerce, email builder, CRM, and CMS projects, I’ve consistently prepared BRDs/FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria, collaborated with development and QA teams, and identified process improvement opportunities with data-driven recommendations.
