I’m a Business Analyst with around 4 years of experience, focused on gathering and analyzing requirements while aligning business and technical teams. I’m comfortable bridging technical and non-technical groups through clear communication and structured documentation.

I create requirement and delivery documents including BRD, FRD, SRS, use case documents, SOWs, and user manuals. I also maintain visibility in Agile execution by creating epics and user stories in JIRA and tracking backlogs as work evolves.

Beyond analysis, I support manual testing and write test cases for UAT, reviewing test cases and test results with the team. I’ve handled multiple projects, scheduled client calls, and provided weekly status updates while coordinating with development and testing teams.

In multiple domains—from healthcare and transportation to packaged gas and social causes—I analyze needs, produce flows and use cases, and keep requirements updated as user stories. I bring a result-oriented, collaborative approach that helps teams deliver reliable, user-ready solutions.
