At Amazon, I’ve run Lean and continuous-improvement work across robotic and conventional fulfilment centres, building fixes that become repeatable systems. At BWU2, I led Pick Release Optimisation, cutting one second from cycle time and increasing productivity by 11 UPH.
At BWU2, I also reduced concession defects by 12% through process fixes and designed and ran peak-week SLAM stress tests across seven units, with zero jams. I improved Time-off-Task compliance by 18% through structured audits and stakeholder engagement.
In my current Area Manager role at BWU4, I built a Pick and Pack Quality School and a defect-tracking app linked to coaching actions. I’ve also automated reporting and idle-time tracking, and worked with Engineering to remove an outbound routing bottleneck.
