What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote role where I can support customers and daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and contribute web or graphic design skills while learning new tools.

I've supported international clients on Fiverr since 2023, providing customer service, administrative support, and web design for remote businesses.

I handle email and chat support, customer inquiries, routine issues, follow-ups, and professional responses. For a website client, I provided customer support for six months.

I keep day-to-day operations organized through email management, data entry, web research, scheduling, file organization, spreadsheets, and task coordination.

I also create and update business websites and landing pages with WordPress and Elementor, and produce social media graphics and promotional content in Canva. As a Fiverr Level 1 Seller, I've maintained a 4.8/5 rating through reliable communication and quality service.
