I am a proactive and analytical IT professional with a solid background in telecommunications engineering. My hands-on experience spans network operations, cloud computing, and technical support, allowing me to deploy scalable cloud infrastructure and support mission-critical systems effectively.

During my internship at Skynet Internet Provider, I honed my skills in WiFi network installations and advanced network setups, ensuring optimal connectivity for clients. My role involved troubleshooting and support, where I resolved connectivity issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Additionally, my training in the AWS RE/START program equipped me with the ability to deploy cloud services and apply Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform.
