At Amazon Web Services (AWS), I take technical support cases and break/fix incidents across EC2, VPC, S3, and IAM from problem qualification through root cause analysis to resolution. I troubleshoot Linux workloads using CloudWatch, VPC Flow Logs, and CloudTrail.
I architected ARIA, a cloud-native AI healthcare assistant proof of concept using Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway, and presented it to stakeholder leadership as a production-ready demonstration. I also placed third in the Amazon Global Security Scouts Hackathon, where the project was adopted as org-wide security best practices and reusable skills.
At Nokia Solutions and Networks, I designed a virtual Data Centre architecture with a Docker-based Containerlab environment and MPLS backbone, and configured containerised networks with BGP, VPRN/VPLS, EVPN, and firewalls. I'm an active member of WiCyS and CTF Room Kenya, and have participated in Capture The Flag competitions including Hack The Box.
