What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead international, sustainability-focused programs where I can build strategic partnerships, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and deliver urban, regional, or organizational transformation.

I've led strategic planning and urban development for the City of Rottenburg am Neckar, managing a multidisciplinary team of 30 professionals, departmental planning, budgets, and climate-neutral transformation strategies.

Previously, I managed EU-funded international projects at the Regional Association Neckar-Alb, coordinating municipalities, universities, and regional institutions across Europe. I bring experience in stakeholder engagement, sustainability strategy, technical reporting, international partnerships, and cross-border funding initiatives, supported by IPMA, Scrum Master, and Product Owner certifications.
