At T-Base Consulting, I delivered public-sector and private-sector projects across energy, sustainability, and communications, independently managing 80% of the micro-agency’s annual contract volume of €300,000–450,000.

I continuously managed Masterplan Solarcity, including its annual conference, expert workshops, partnership network, and monitoring report. I also coordinated KlimaWerkstatt@Berlin, from co-authoring its feasibility study through consortium coordination and delivery of expert event formats.

I’ve planned and evaluated national and international events including the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue for around 1,200 on-site attendees and Blue Planet Berlin Water Dialogues for 450–650 attendees. My work also includes delegation visits, marketing and website projects, stakeholder management, and process improvement.

Previously, I led teams, budgets, business development, marketing, and operational change in healthcare and sports-and-leisure organisations. I’m open to new working models such as holacracy and combined leadership roles.
