I’m Prince2 Foundation Certified, and I have worked as a project manager and event producer for over a decade across multiple sectors and industries. My specific area of interest is in event and production management within creative sectors such as cultural spaces, art, and film. While my recent roles have focused on operational operations and project management within Leadership and Development and Adult Education sectors, my passion lies with cultural spaces.
At CCL, I have been designing and managing end-to-end operations for complex international programs, both face-to-face and virtual. I concurrently manage numerous programs across multiple clients. As part of the role, I handle client -facing relations, budgeting, financial tracking, and project close-outs for projects ranging 10,00Euros to 500,000Euros.
At MAY & CO, I planned and organized client workshops and lead the professional coaching programs within the organization. I developed and implemented program materials and onboarding procedures, and managed and advised clients on leadership and development initiatives.
At BERLIN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & INNOVATION, I oversaw workflows for the student administrative team and coordinated project planning across the student-life departments. I also organized and produced academic and cultural events, including matriculation ceremonies.
At ENOMIS, I handled communications and PR, created marketing materials, and organized cultural and networking events.
