Maria Hacker

I lead European cultural and media projects at Jüdisches Leben in Europa e.V., including the documentary film project 60sec.mentsh, while managing budgets, staff, and European funding applications.

Previously at IMAP GmbH, I supported change processes for public-sector organizations including BAMF, GIZ, cities, and the Federal Ministry of the Interior. I designed and facilitated workshops on intercultural sensitivity, communication, and organizational development, and contributed to an interactive online platform for immigrants.

My international work spans Spain, Bolivia, Cambodia, Belgium, and Germany. I also helped prepare Spain's guest-country presentation at the Frankfurt Book Fair and managed translation grants for Spanish literary works.

I bring systemic consulting, facilitation, cultural and project management, and multilingual communications experience across German, English, Spanish, and French contexts.
