At Bulwark Exterminating, I've spent seven years supervising call center employees, resolving escalated customer concerns, supporting field technicians, and creating daily routes and work plans that improve organization and efficiency.

I've coached and evaluated employees, helped teams make confident decisions in difficult situations, and sold pest control services by communicating their value. Earlier, as a bilingual teacher at BCA, I taught Spanish and built supportive learning environments for children and families.
