At Latam Vaping Co, I run day-to-day operations for a distributor serving Latin America, from purchasing through customer payments. I manage procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows in Zoho and coordinate teams to keep orders and campaigns on time and within budget.
At Referrizer, I lead 15–20 appointment setters who book 70–100 appointments a week. I coach agents, set KPIs and develop the scripts and training materials they use.
I use Claude, Claude Code and Lovable to create internal tools and training content, and connect tools with Zapier and Make to reduce manual updates. I also use AI voice roleplays to help new agents practise before live calls.
