At Kape Technologies, I lead end-to-end localization operations for five global brands across 28 languages, delivering more than 1 million translated words each month. I lead and develop a 20-person operations team while coordinating approximately 150 translators.

I own vendor and translator operations from hiring and onboarding through quality monitoring, feedback, workload allocation, pricing, budgets, and risk management. I also design linguistic quality frameworks and scalable AI-human review workflows.

Previously at Webselenese, part of Kape Technologies, I managed multilingual content from intake and translation through QA, CMS publishing, and post-launch updates. I built style guides, glossaries, SOPs, proofreading workflows, and translator feedback processes while adapting content to local markets.

I bring SEO and content experience from freelance work, using market, search, and performance data to prioritize localization opportunities and improve content.
