At Soprex.com, I turn requirements across 10+ workstreams into BPMN models, user stories, and specifications for five delivery teams. I’ve delivered 300+ specifications and taken features through UAT and release readiness, with launches at 0 critical defects.

I specified the Approval Web Application, now live in 160+ countries, including multi-tier sign-off, SOX and ISO 9001 traceability, and REST API contracts for SAP, Salesforce, and Snowflake. I also manage the BA team and two development teams, and rolled out AI tooling that reduced time per specification by about 32%.

For Booking.dentist, I was the sole BA on a two-sided marketplace live in 35+ countries. I specified its booking and back-office products, owned UAT, and wrote the business case, KPIs, and MVP roadmap behind EUR 250,000 in seed funding.

Wrote a Forge app in Node.js (95 unit tests) that rolls estimates and logged hours up the hierarchy, plus dashboard gadgets that show each user their own hours.
