Product Owner and Project Manager at EPAM, taking an enterprise GenAI RAG assistant from prototype to production.
What I'm looking for
At EPAM, I owned the use case backlog for DIAL, an enterprise GenAI platform, and took a RAG assistant from prototype to production. I measured it against a pre-launch baseline and made answer quality, security, and cost checks part of the path to release.
At Grid Dynamics, I ran the migration queue for a GenAI accelerator moving legacy workloads to cloud. I sequenced work by dependencies and supported a production cutover with zero business downtime through staged rollout, parallel run, and feature-flagged rollback.
At ConsenSys, I held the platform backlog for Infura through the Ethereum Merge and took the NFT API from beta to general availability. I planned Merge readiness around testnet rehearsals and release controls; the mainnet transition shipped with zero service disruption.
I came into delivery from art direction and have worked on the delivery side since 2020. I prioritize based on the problem, explain trade-offs to clients, and build agentic workflows end to end with Claude Code. I'm looking for a remote contract role as a Product Owner or Project Manager on a product with real users and an AI component, working across European and US time zones.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Owned the use case backlog for DIAL, EPAM's enterprise GenAI platform (unified access to AWS Bedrock, Anthropic and Azure OpenAI). Took AI solutions from prototype to production with a distributed team of 18 across time zones.
→ Held the delivery sequence against the client when the business wanted visible assistants first: governance and guardrails scored P0 on WSJF, so the data pipeline shipped
Ran the migration queue for Grid Dynamics' GenAI accelerator: LLM-driven code migration from legacy platforms (Teradata, Informatica, Oracle) to AWS, GCP and Azure. Embedded with the client team under a Forward Deployed Engineering model, coordinating a team of 15.
→ Sequenced migration by dependency graph rather than business preference: part of the job was explaining to the client why their mos
Drove the platform backlog for Infura, a leading Web3 API platform (430,000+ developers, $1T+ annual on-chain ETH volume), coordinating a team of 15. Carried the platform through the Ethereum Merge with zero RPC downtime, took the NFT API from beta to general availability, and extended RPC support across a multichain expansion (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, NEAR, Avalanche, Palm).
→ Sequenced Merg
Moved from art direction into delivery on the same accounts. Owned scope and sequencing across design, frontend and QA for global brand platforms. This is where my working definitions of ready and done come from: nothing entered work without a brief, criteria and real content, and nothing counted as done without critique, spec handoff and a check against the build.
Set visual direction across an account, reviewed other designers' work and mentored juniors, and presented key decisions to clients. Built the design system the client's team extended after handoff.
