What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support employees through people operations, employee relations, case management, and labor compliance in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

I've led end-to-end people operations at Hotel Campos Arenal, managing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, leave, payroll support, employee cases, and confidential personnel records. I work directly with CCSS, INS, and the Ministry of Labor to support compliance with Costa Rican labor regulations.

Across Amazon, Don Juan Tours, Nayara Resorts, and hospitality operations, I've resolved high-volume customer and employee cases, coordinated cross-functional teams, and delivered bilingual support in English and Spanish. I'm currently completing a Licentiate Degree in Psychology, bringing active listening, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence to every interaction.
