At P&B Intermodal Services (BMNS), I coordinate HR operations for approximately 500–700 employees across 15–20 U.S. states. I administer weekly union payroll for approximately 90 employees and manage onboarding, rehires, and employee records.
Previously, I supported pay services at Amazon and HR operations at Siemens, Walmart, and People Working. My work included processing payroll and employee data requests, coordinating candidate interviews, maintaining process documentation, and producing Excel reports.
