I'm looking to support leaders and teams through transitions, organizational change, confidence-building, decision-making, and sustainable performance in a cross-cultural, technology-enabled coaching environment.

I lead a $26M clinical services portfolio and 200+ employees at Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities while coaching executives, directors, managers, physicians, and emerging leaders through change, growth, and new responsibilities.

Through CanLead Coaching Inc., I've completed 328+ coaching hours with 30+ clients using an ICF-aligned, whole-person approach grounded in curiosity, accountability, and practical experimentation. My leadership work across Canada and the GCC has contributed to a 13% improvement in employee engagement, a 7% improvement in team well-being, and a 22% reduction in no-shows.
