I'm looking for a role where I can use my caregiving, customer service, technical support, and computer skills to help people and provide reliable service.

I'm currently a Certified Nursing Assistant at Altercare Integrated Health Services, providing hands-on support for older adults.

Previously, I provided technical support for Apple products through Kelly Connect and helped customers resolve account issues, set up payment plans, and schedule service calls at Whirlpool Corporation.

My customer service background also includes sales and package modifications at Bluegreen Vacations, along with service setup and package upselling at VXI Global Solutions.

I've combined caregiving, technical support, customer service, sales, and computer skills throughout my work experience. I hold BLS and State Tested Nursing Assistant certifications and earned an associate degree in Business.
