I've supported SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA data migration projects at Kellton Tech Solutions, including Momentive Technologies' ECC-to-S/4HANA HR data migration.
I handle employee master data, payroll support, PA/OM lifecycle transactions, bulk uploads, data validation, reconciliation, UAT, cutover, and AMS incident queues. I've resolved data quality, wage type, deduction, loan, and recurring payment issues while maintaining SOPs, test scripts, and end-user documentation.
I'm transitioning into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central through hands-on sandbox configuration of Foundation Objects, MDF, Role-Based Permissions, Business Rules, Workflows, and Picklists.
